It is fall and that means it is time for the Wisconsin Permaculture Convergence, a weekend of classes and socializing with folks from across the Midwest. We'll be there to facilitate a workshop on thatching and also to attend as many other courses as possible. In previous years we had a great time meeting people and going to all kinds of workshops at Madison's Troy Gardens (see my write-up here). This year, the convergence is being held up in Rio, WI, just a short drive north of Madison. Come join us!
This year classes cover topics from biochar and food forests to building with earth (taught by friend of the institute, Jim Schalles). Find a complete list of courses at the convergence website: http://www.wisconsinpermacultureconvergence.com/schedule-2
This weekend-long event includes food and camping accommodations in addition to two days of classes and social events. For so much, the price point of this event is really approachable, only $95 for the whole weekend. Register at the following link: http://www.wisconsinpermacultureconvergence.com/registration
Want to hear more about permaculture and the event? Have a look at the following video. We hope to see you there!
