Savour familiar flavours of the season beginning with Roasted Chestnut and Truffle Velouté followed by the signature entrée of Oven-Roasted Organic Turkey accompanied with chestnut stuffing and butter glazed baby vegetables; indulge in Confit Scottish Salmon dressed in Green Pea Purée with a touch of Ossetra Caviar or opt for a meaty Slow-Roasted Wagyu Ribeye accompanied by Winter Vegetables and Truffle Polenta.
Indulge further at the seasonal Seafood Bar featuring Maine Lobster, King Crab, Blue Fin Tuna and more. A specialty Charcuterie Station and a wide spread of salads and appetizers bring the freshest market flavours to the table with highlights such as poached Langoustine in citrus oil and herbs. A decadent selection of over 20 desserts await to tempt, with treats like Salted Caramel Apple Cider Donuts, rustic Pumpkin Pie, classic Pecan Tart, Panna Cotta Glazed with Strawberry and more, all handmade by Executive Pastry Chef Audrey Yee, a Four Seasons veteran and graduate of the renowned Le Cordon Bleu School in London.

Be spoilt for choice with a spread of delectable appetizers, premium cheeses, and painstakingly handcrafted desserts that complement entrée such as PanSeared Seabass, Mussels and Winter Vegetables with Avruga Caviar and Beurre Blanc Sauce, flame-grilled Westholme Wagyu Striploin, Béarnaise sauce and hand-cut fries.
An exquisite four-course dinner echoes the yuletide spirit. Start with fresh ocean and garden flavours with "David Herve" Fine de Claire Oyster N°3 on Ice with Ponzu and Wasabi Pickles, or Hamachi Tiradito, Daikon, Jalapeño, Citrus-Soy or Italian Burrata and Heirloom Tomatoes.
Savour the holidays over warm Pumpkin Soup with Parmesan Cheese Foam or Mushroom Soup with Onsen Organic Egg, Black Truffle before a choice selection of entrées. A favourite this time of the year, the curated Charcuterie Station offers a grand selection of cured meats such as Foie Gras, Wagyu Beef Pastrami, Bayonne Ham, Turkey Ham, Mushroom Pâté En Croute, Truffle Salami and Grilled Portobello and Chanterelle Mushroom Terrine just to name a few.
Indulgent 'Live' Stations beckon with of Roasted Honey-mustard Glazed Bone and King Salmon Cooked in Salt Crust, Champagne-Leek Sauce in addition to delightful entrées that include signature Oven-Roasted Turkey with Chestnut Stuffing, Slow-Roasted US Prime Tenderloin and Seared Duck Liver, Grilled Turbot with Ossetra Caviar and a hearty Lemon-Ricotta Ravioli with Forest Mushrooms and Winter Truffle.
Finish well with a spread of French and Italian cheeses and a kaleidoscope of Christmas sweets and treats. Taking inspiration from yuletide cheer, Rudolf makes a cameo in Mont Blanc, accompanied by Raspberry Festive Tree, Peppermint Macaron, Korean Strawberry Tart and Passionfruit Cheesecake, and a selection of traditional Christmas cookies and treats.
Served to the table, warm Vanilla and Cranberry scones with Devonshire Clotted cream and elegant Raspberry–Rose preserve will make the season even merrier as will the savoury selection of Organic Turkey and Cranberry Pie, Loch Fyne Smoked Salmon and Truffle-Mayo Brioche and finger sandwiches of Maine Lobster, Organic Egg Salad and Avruga Caviar, Beefsteak Tomato, Seven Grains, Spicy Tomato Jam and Cucumber Terrine on Multigrain Loaf.
